I have such admiration for her. I didn’t see it but I admire Majella for doing it, as taboos aren’t lifted and conversations are kept I hushed tones until someone opens up about it.“She has taken it to the next level, which should give women the courage to park the wig, should they choose,” she said.Victoria says Majella’s decision to go on the Late Late Show to have her hair shaved off will have been worth it – if she even only helps one woman.“If her honesty drives just one woman to the clinic to b checked then her fears of going on live television will have been worth it,” she said. The money from Majella’s headshave for the Irish Cancer Society is still rolling in with more than €500,000 already pledged. MAJELLA HAS SAVED THE LIVES OF COUNTLESS IRISH WOMEN – ACTRESS SMURFIT was last modified: October 6th, 2013 by StephenShare this:Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)Click to share on Reddit (Opens in new window)Click to share on Pocket (Opens in new window)Click to share on Telegram (Opens in new window)Click to share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)Click to share on Skype (Opens in new window)Click to print (Opens in new window) Tags:cancerheadshaveLate Late ShowMajella O’DonnellVictoria Smurfitlast_img
